If your are lazy, have a sweet tooth while being a terrible cook-better stay away from this post.
Right away.
Here is the recipe for an amazing dessert, very simple, but also totally fattening.
To make Panna Cotta, one needs cream and sugar. All the rest is just topping.
You still there ?
Bunch of cuisine daredevils…
So here is what you will be needing: 50 cl of heavy cream, 50 g of sugar, 2 sheets of gelatin, a vanilla pod and any fruit handy (here, canned apricots… lazy bones, I already told you.)
-Begin by dipping the gelatin in a big bowl of cold water.

I love, I adore, I stand by this man …
Dear readers,
Today, I would like to pay homage to a very special being.
Those, who like me, were 11 years old in 1995 can only be touched by this post.
Others might just make a discovery that will shake up their habits…
Today I would like to put Peter André in the spotlight.

To me it’s always been a great mystery.
Why, when I feel like a high waisted black belt,
I only find cow-boy buckle belts and vice-versa ?
Finally, I have come up with the solution.

What girl has not been tempted by sewing? And while she may have never sewn, she may have needed ribbon to make a pretty bow to decorate her hat or her hair?
Whether it’s to make an original and unique dress, to customize a jacket, created cushions to decorate her home… Every Parisienne worthy of the name will enter a least once in her life a notions and buttons shop or a fabric shop!
In Paris, it’s around the Marché Saint Pierre that one finds small shops as well as larger stores. Here, in the triangle outlined by the rue Orsel, the rue de Steinkerque and the place Saint Pierre, a short list of my heart throbs… with each one its specificities!

The house of Isabelle Roque is a haven or peace at the heart of Paris.
In a quiet little street of the 7th arrondissement, one discovers a building with large bay windows as in an artist’s studio. Upon entering, light is everywhere: few walls, a few glass partitions, a huge space, impressive high ceilings…
Simplicity is the name of the game: beige walls, concrete floors and natural wood… When Isabelle Roque found this house-loft, it was still decorated in an 80s style—so she renovated it so as to give it a semi-workshop/semi-country house touch.

And while walking around, one discovers that the house is in the image of a cabin… you constantly need to go up and down: the kitchen is like a hanging balcony above the living room. From the room across the kitchen, one sees the entrance through the windows…
To get access to the terrace on the roof, one needs to take an attic ladder… once up there, shutters open up and one can have an incredible view on all the rooms of the house: kitchen, room, ground floor…

Of note also the factory furniture chosen for the kitchen…

Finally, this is house that also doubles up as office and showroom… We like the green racks at the end of the office and the old teller counter with a wooden plank … Everything communicates, and the house seems to adapt to all circumstances, almost modular, since it works as a showroom, an office, a space to party (Isabelle has already hosted the wedding of one of her friends), as well as country house… right in the middle of Paris.

Last week I went to a Cook and Go party. The ideal afterwork venue. Why? Because you learn to cook in a friendly ambiance– you meet people, savor a delicious dinner…

Divided into several teams, you learn how to put together an entire meal, from the appetizer to the dessert. The students were concentrated:

Amongst the things we prepared, there was a pesto rosso cake to die for and marinated scampi with ginger and garlic. The chefs - super friendly! – gave us tips to impress our friends… whether it’s whipping the dough like a chef, or shelling scampi in a quick and precise gesture…

Once cooked, the dishes we hadmade were waiting for us…

And you can begin tasting them right there, in the middle of the laughter…

Amazing ! I tested the Pole Dance !
There is no sport as sexy as Pole Dance… Sensual, Pole Dance is also exhausting ! I didn’t know you had to train so much… But, I must say, you can improve very fast !

Exclusively for the girls… the afternoon was great. Girls listened carefully to the teacher. She explained how to put your hands, your feet, how to go down and get up in a sexy way. You should be concentrated!

After some mistakes and lots of laugh, girls managed to dance very well!

You should go to make the wild and sexy girl go out of you.
