Once upon a time there were two sisters passionate about cooking, with a real sweet tooth.
To such an extent that after creating a bakery that is a real it in the 15th, they decided to invent a workshop where kids between 7 and 77 could gather and learn how to make all sorts of delicious things.

In my spirit, Zapa was just a brand that offered ersatz copies of Chanel jackets and slightly austere broadcloth pants.
So either I have been living in denial for years, or the pretty Parisian house has taken and radical and fashion turning point…
The bottom line is that the FW 2010/11 collection is a marvel !

Here is the recipe for an amazing dessert, very simple, but also totally fattening.
To make Panna Cotta, one needs cream and sugar. All the rest is just topping.

So here is what you will be needing: 50 cl of heavy cream, 50 g of sugar, 2 sheets of gelatin, a vanilla pod and any fruit handy (here, canned apricots… lazy bones, I already told you.)
-Begin by dipping the gelatin in a big bowl of cold water.
